On discovery of loss or damage to any item:-

• Inform Consolidated Insurance Consultants Limited (CIC) immediately.
• Await the arrival of the Insurer/Loss Adjuster/CIC representative.
• Do not dispose of or repair any of the damaged items until advised by the Insurer/Loss Adjuster.
• Prepare a detailed statement of claim, together with copies of replacement, invoices or repair estimates to substantiate amounts claimed. A statement by the person in control of the item is also required.
