Francis E. Hadley, ACII – Senior Account Executive
Francis joined CIC in 2009 having worked in the Insurance Industry for the past forty (40) years for Insurance Companies and Brokers, holding senior positions in each. He started his career with Trinidad & Tobago Insurance Limited (TATIL) and worked with some very big names in Insurance before joining CIC servicing major accounts. He is a graduate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, having obtained the Associate membership Diploma – ACII and Chartered status.

Ian Munro, Dip Ins
Ian started his career as far back as 1971 and has worked with several insurance brokerage houses. Throughout the local insurance industry, Ian is well known for his considerable knowledge in insurance and “customer friendly” attitude. At CIC, he is responsible for several corporate accounts including the supervision of technicians, loss runs analysis for reserving adequacy and resolution of claims service disputes. He provides an unparalleled level of service that assists clients in operating more efficiently and cost effectively. He currently holds a Diploma in Property Insurance. He further developed himself by undergoing various training courses in insurance and risk management techniques. During his career he has handled financial risks such as Bourse Securities, RBTT Bank Limited and Eastern Credit Union.

Glenn Rodriguez, Dip Ins
Glenn’s understanding of the insurance market is a result of his thirty-five (35) years in the industry having amassed extensive experience in Marketing, Insurance Broking, Underwriting and Life Insurance. His ability to find the proper solution for almost any situation is due to his great experience and a well developed ability to determine clients needs and his diligent attitude towards work.
Glenn received overseas training in insurance in England at a firm of International Insurance Brokers. He has the distinction of being one of the first five (5) Trinidadians to be awarded a National Diploma in Property Insurance in 1975. He is also the holder of additional Diplomas in Property Insurance, Accident Insurance, Fire Insurance and certificates in the Principle of Law, Marketing Management, Risk Management and Insurance, Advanced Loss of Profits and Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Greater Chaguanas Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Queen’s Park Cricket Club.
- Lionel Darceuil, HBM
Lionel has been involved in the insurance business for over eighteen (18) years. He provides assistance on many major corporate and medium–sized accounts. His responsibilities include marketing, account service and claim handling activities. He has extensive experience dealing with insurance companies on clients’ Property, Motor and Workmen’s Compensation Claims. Lionel has also participated in many training programmes aimed at enhancing and extending his skill base.
He is a famous son of the soil with respect to his sporting activity of table tennis and was a recipient of the Humming Bird Medal in 2001. He has successfully completed the State Licensing Exam.
- Joan Mohammed (HIA) – Senior Account Executive
Joan has spent 17 years with CIC. She has been exposed to clients requiring a large range of insurance solutions such as Aviation, Property, Business Interruption, Liability, Employee Benefits and Claims.
Over the span of her long career in the insurance industry, Joan has successfully worked with major clients. Joan currently handles some of the company’s largest accounts and has created innovative marketing options for various clients seeking to utilise both the local and international insurance market. She has been involved in claims handling aspects and her “hands on” involvement in claims has led to the settlement of major losses. All of these activities have contributed to her expertise, well utilised in her current position at CIC, where she continues to work with major private sector and State Enterprises on the design and implementation of all aspects of insurance and risk management.
